During Ms. Hall's 5th grade class today were learning the effects of acid rain. Students had to test the pH of the cups. Then the students dropped the liquid onto the chalk and observed what happened.

All parents are invited to attend our Parent Advisory Council meeting on Tuesday (Feb. 11) at 5:30 in the media center.

CMS Parent Teacher Conferences are Wednesday 4:00-7:30 and Thursday 1:00-3:30 and 4:00- 7:30. Hope to see you there.

Parents please join us on Wednesday during conferences for a special presentation titled: E-cigarettes, Vaping, & Drug Trends: What We Should All Know.
Drug use is becoming more and more common place and with e-cigarettes and vaping, there is more to know now than ever before. Presentations at CMS in the cafeteria on Wednesday from 4:30-5:00 and 5:30-6:00. All adults are invited to attend.


CMS MathCounts team earned 2nd place on Saturday out of 11 teams and qualified for the state competition. Alex Dush and Tanner Esch were 4th and 8th respectively in the Countdown Round.
