On February 22nd Destination Imagination or DI had a regional competition where all teams moved on to state. DI is a global youth program that inspires kids to imagine things through the creative process. DI is open to all CPS students in 4th-12th grade. On April 5th DI will compete at UNK. Go Discoveres!

The CMS MathCounts team competed in the Northeast Nebraska Chapter Competition held at Central Community College (Columbus) this past weekend. The team of Lucis, David, Jaden, and Jai took second place in the team competition. CMS was also well represented in the individual countdown round competition! Other CMS MathCounts members include: Charley, Ryan, and Jhettsun. The 2nd place finish qualifies the team to compete at the state competition held in Lincoln on March 22nd. Go, Discoverers!
