February is American Heart Month, a time our nation focuses on heart disease. How can you keep your heart healthy?  

  • Eat smart and choose healthy snacks like fruits and vegetables
  • Do jumping jacks, running in place, push-ups and sit-ups at home
  • Give your best effort in PE every day
  • Be as active as possible during recess
