The North Park Staff came up with their positive behavior theme for the year, encouraging our students to be "Exploring New Heights!"
All staff have tickets that they carry with them throughout the day and give to students when they see them following one of our three school rules, Be Safe, Be Responsible, and Be Respectful. Students bring their tickets to the office to get a little extra bit of acknowledgement for doing good things.
At each monthly assembly, we create a large graph in the gym and count how many tickets were given out each month.
The visual is another reminder for students and staff to see that we are always looking for kids to be, "Exploring New Heights" for their own personal behavior, always trying to do the right thing!
