Fourth-graders at North Park used their engineering skills to make model cars. They are learning about energy transfer in Science right now.
They had a lesson where they had a racing tournament to see which groups cars had the most energy. The lesson before this the groups had to figure out a way to give their cars the most energy, they then used that knowledge to help their cars race in the tournament.
