NP Fitbits - Mar. 2025

     March is upon us, hopefully bringing warmer weather and plenty of opportunities for us to stay active and healthy as spring approaches. This month, we have a variety of activities planned to keep you moving and having fun with your friends! Get ready to test your coordination and stamina with rope jumping, juggling and ever-exciting floor hockey!​ 

**Jump rope: What great cardiovascular exercise but also an excellent way to improve agility, balance, and coordination. Let's see how many jumps you can do without stopping!

**Juggling: You'll learn how to toss, catch, and keep multiple objects in the air. It's a fantastic way to improve hand-eye coordination and focus while having lots of fun!​ 

**Floor Hockey: This is a fast-paced game that will test your agility, strategic thinking, and teamwork! 

Body Trivia:  Did you know that the human body has over 600 muscles?                                                  

*With the weather starting to turn for the better, what a great time to get some fresh air by going for a walk or bike ride!
