​February is American Heart Month, a time our nation spotlights heart disease. The goal is to create greater awareness regarding heart health and how you can keep your heart healthy! 

 

·      Eat smart and choose healthy snacks like fruits and vegetables

·   Find time to exercise regularly          

·   Get 7-9 hrs. of quality sleep every day
