Happy December! We've got a lot to accomplish in the short time before winter break, it will go fast! On Monday and Tuesday of this week, our Kindergartners through 2nd graders will be completing their Mid Year Benchmark for DIBELS. This assessment tests for reading fluency, speed, and accuracy and we use this information to track growth and drive instruction for our students. 3rd and 4th will have this assessment administered next week. Wednesday will be our regularly scheduled 2:15 Early Dismissal for Building Teacher Collaboration. Parents, please be reminded that school does promptly dismiss at 3:25. We have supervision until 3:35. Please pick your child up so they are not left unattended outside with no supervision while waiting to be picked up. Thanks so much for your help with this issue. Also, If you send your preschooler to our breakfast in the morning, they are charged full price ($2.35) for breakfast. There is no Free/Reduced Program for preschool age students. The National School Lunch Program includes Kindergarten through 12th grade students only. Have an adventurous week and as always, Go Eagles and Go Big Red!
