Welcome back! We hope everyone had a beautiful break. Just a few short weeks before Christmas break is upon us.
We focus on a specific skill each week as a building to help practice being more successful in school. Our skills from now until the break are giving compliments and accepting compliments appropriately. Please don't hesitate to practice these at home as well as a way to reinforce them.
The elementary schools have been invited to sing at the Lighting of the Anchor at Columbus High School (3434 Discoverer Dr, Columbus, NE) on Tuesday, December 3rd at 5:30-6:30 pm. CPS K-4 students will be singing classic holiday songs and will be outside, so please dress accordingly.
Wednesday is a regularly scheduled 2:15 student dismissal for teacher collaboration. Thank you for planning accordingly.
Friday is our Kindergarten Grandparents Day. Thanks to all of the Kindergarten Grandparents and Friends that rsvp'd and we will see you this Friday from 11:00 to 12:45. We will start again in the media center for a short welcome message and to receive your name tag before joining your grandchild in their classroom.
