During fourth grade, students use their understanding of social studies concepts and skills to explore Nebraska in the past and present. Not only do students learn about Nebraska's geography and key eras in history but they use their historical perspective to make sense of today's geography, economy, and government.
Today our fourth grade took a field trip to the State Capital in Lincoln and got to sit in on the legislative session.
