Reminder CMS Families:
By law, the State of Nebraska requires immunizations to be up-to-date and all 7th grade students to complete a physical and vision exam to be enrolled in school. The school must have proper documentation of all immunizations and physicals. Failing to provide the proper documentation will result in the student being excluded from school starting October 17th until the proper documentation is received.
