At tonight's CPS Board of Education meeting the board recognized the CHS students who finished in 1st place at the 47th annual Statewide Language Competition at UNL.

On May 7th, CHS hosted Honors Night to celebrate graduating seniors who have received scholarships and awards . Multiple community organizations came together with CHS students and their families to celebrate. As part of the celebration the CPS Foundation awarded 28 scholarships totalling $33,600.










During the April 14th CPS Board of Education meeting board president Mike Jeffryes recognized the following students and staff for their great accomplishments.
Ayla Janssen was recognized as a recipient of the NSAA Believers and Achievers Award
Boys state wrestling qualifiers and medalists
Swimming and Diving state qualifiers
Girls state wrestling qualifiers
Congratulations to these fine students on all of their success!
