KLIR – 101.1 FM will be broadcasting the CHS girls and boys basketball games live on December 20, 2019 as they take on the Norfolk Panthers. The girls game begins at 5:45 p.m. and the boys game begins at 7:30 p.m.

The 2019 Winter Art Show, Instrumental Concert, and Waffleman will take place on December 16. Waffles will be available from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m. and tickets are available on-line, at the door, and in the school office. Instrumental concert will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the concert hall. Art show will be on display from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.

The pep rally will be from 10:03 a.m. to 10:25 a.m. At the conclusion of second period, students should go directly to the main gym. Students will sit in their assigned grade levels. At the conclusion of the pep rally, students will go to their third period class. Just a reminder that Columbus High School will host its Winter Sports Parents Night meeting tonight, November 14, at 6 p.m. in the Concert Hall.
All parents who have students want to participate in basketball, swimming, wrestling, or Unified bowling are encouraged to attend. This includes parents of Scotus students who are planning to swim at CHS. Students are welcome to attend, but it is not a requirement.
Activities Director, Tim Kwapnioski, will have a short address, followed by comments from the CHS Booster Club and Athletic Trainer Rob Marshall. Parents will then go to meetings with their sport-specific coaches.


Please feel free to join us for the 2019 Fall Band Concert on Friday, November 15 at 7:00 p.m. It will be held in the Columbus High Concert Hall and admission is free.
