Commonwealth Electric will be here to talk about their Apprenticeship Program during Homeroom on Tuesday, November 29th. If you are interested in being an electrician or learning more about this career, please register with Ms. Gable. You can email her or stop by Room G101.



Juniors and Seniors who plan to take dual-credit 2nd semester:  CCC will be at CHS to hand out registration forms, answer questions and take completed registration forms.  Seniors are to report on Tuesday, November 29th and Juniors report on Thursday, December 1st to the cafeteria.

There will be an FCCLA meeting on Nov. 29 at 6 pm in G113. 


There will be a meeting for girls not out for a winter sport and interested in track & field on Tuesday, Nov. 29 @ 3:45 in Mr. Bills's room (F173) to discuss winter conditioning. If you can't attend the meeting, please contact Coach Kreikemeier. kreikemeierj@discoverers.org



Seniors interested in hearing more about job opportunities in the construction field after high school, can sign up to attend a presentation during homeroom on December 6th.  Please see your counseling google classroom for the registration link.

Monday, November 21

  • We will put the baskets together after school on Monday, November 21, in Ms. Tunink's room (G220).
  • Any girls interested in the joining the girls bowling team, please see Mr. Kwapnioski or Mr. Carmichael.

Tuesday, November 22

  • We will host a winter activities pep rally during Homeroom on Tuesday, November 22. Students should go directly to the main gym at the conclusion of 2nd period on Tuesday and sit in their assigned grade levels. At the conclusion of the pep rally, students will go to their third period class. Parents & Guardians: if you would like to attend, you may arrive at 9:45am and sit on the SE side of the gym.  
  • The 2022 CHS Variety Show will take place on Tuesday, November 22 at 7:00pm in the CHS Concert Hall!  The show will feature 11 competitive acts, the CHS Diamond Dancers, and the CHS Choirs!  Audience members will get to vote for their favorite act and help award the winners!  The concert is free, so bring all of your friends and family!  Don't miss this fun and exciting performance!

  • Just a reminder that there will be no school on Wednesday, November 23 through Friday, November 25 for Thanksgiving break. School will resume on Monday, November 28, with a 3:40 dismissal.
