Juniors & Seniors:

Post Prom is approaching fast. This year’s Post Prom is on Saturday, April 23. If you have not ordered your Post Prom T-Shirt and would like a shirt, orders are due no later than April 3. You do not need a T-Shirt to attend this event. You may also order these shirts for your guest if you wish.

Below are two ways to order the 2022 Post Prom T-Shirts.

1.     Order on-line and pay on-line from the link here.  https://5il.co/16xkn

2.     Order through the office with a paper order form located in the office by Ms. Maass’ area or download the same paper order form from the link here.  https://5il.co/17qp  You may return this form to Ms. Maass with your money to the office.

If you are bringing a non CHS student to prom, you will need to complete the guest permission form. These forms are available in the office from Ms. Maass, or you may download the form from the website or the link in the bulletin. They are due no later than Wednesday, April 13. Questions, please see Ms. Maass. Also, please remember you must have your fines paid along with ASD time under 180 minutes to attend the dance. See page 38 in the student handbook for additional information. Click here for the Guest Permission form.

Students involved with TeamMates. Please check your email for a survey sent by TeamMates. Try to have this completed by next Friday April 1st. It will only take a few minutes. Please see Ms. Uchtman in the Counseling Office if you have not received the email or if you need help.

Students: The last day to withdraw enrollment from a CCC class is April 8th. You will remain in the CHS class but this will prevent a low grade from being on your college transcript.
