  • How Are You, Really? The answer to this question is often more complicated than a simple, "fine" or "good." Life can be tough, especially during the high school years. At times things might seem overwhelming, and our own mental health can take a back seat. Staying mentally healthy takes many forms, from exercise, to talking with friends and family or seeking out a counselor. It is important to know that you're not alone in this struggle and there are resources available to help. The Columbus Area United Way will have a table set up during lunch on Tuesday, November 28th with many resources to help aid with your mental health because while not everyone has mental health concerns, we all have mental health that needs to be taken care of.
