Centennial Families...Welcome Back!!! The first day for 1st-4th grade students is Thursday, 8/12. It is a full day for students. 8:00-3:25. Lunch will be served. Breakfast will not be served on Thursday. There is no school for Kindergarten students on Thursday. We will have students spread out during arrival and dismissal similar to last year. Centennial Families...reminder that today is the last day of school for students. School will be dismissed at 11:45 today. Have a safe and happy summer!!! Report cards, calendar, supply list, online supply order info and the summer lunch flyer will be mailed home.
Centennial Families...just a few updates about end of the year events. First, we will finish our One School, One Book - Charlie and the Chocolate Factory with some fun activities on Thursday. A special thanks to the CN PAC for their support and purchasing a book for each student. Second, we will have Track and Field Day on Friday afternoon. Unfortunately, parents will not be allowed to watch this year. Third, we will be doing Move Up Day on 5/25. Students will move up and do activities with their teacher for next year. Finally, the last day of school will be 5/26. There will be an early dismissal that day at 11:45. We will have our end of the year assembly that morning. We will be able to do an assembly with staff and students but parents will not be allowed at the assembly. I am sorry for any issues caused by not allowing parents at activities this year but we only have a few days left and want to finish the year strong and celebrate all of the wonderful things that students have accomplished this year. Thank you so much for your support during a crazy year. We are hoping that we can get things back to normal for next school year. Thanks.

Centennial Families...we are participating in One School, One Book this spring. Each student will receive a copy of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory by Roald Dahl thanks to the Centennial PAC. Teachers will read the book with students and also participate in activities in the classroom. At the end of the year, we will have activities as a whole school. Students may bring their book home so please encourage them to read. Thanks for all that you do for Centennial.
