Please help support the Imagination Library program. Please help put new books into the hands of young children in our community!
The Columbus Area United Way annual Pennies for Change campaign is set for October 25 to November 8. We are asking our area students to participate by donating their pennies, nickels, and dimes to help fill their classroom paint can. Donations will help fund the Imagination Library program which sends a book a month to local children ages 0 through 4 years of age. There are currently over 1,500 children in the Columbus area enrolled in the program which is funded by the United Way.
Each classroom will have a special paint can with an opening in the lid for children to put in their donations. Prizes will be given to the highest giving and highest giving per capita school and grade.
