All Columbus Public School Preschool is scheduled to begin at the Kramer Education Center, 2400 16th St.

Meetings with Mr. Vasquez will be held at the District Administration office, 2508 27th St.
You will need to have your child’s
- • State certified birth certificate
- • Updated immunizations records
- • And proof of residency for yourself (one of below):
- Electric Bill
- Bank Statement
- Lease Agreement
- Mortgage Statement
- Pay Stub
- Gas/Utilities Bill
Please remember that we have limited space, and not every child that registers can be accommodated.
