COLUMBUS, NE. – Columbus High’s Director of Athletics and Activities Tim Kwapnioski has announced the hiring of Brookelyn Adams-Tuls as the head coach of the Columbus Discoverers cheerleading team. Brookelyn is taking over for Vicky Joseph.
“We are so excited to have Brookelyn join the team at Columbus High School as our head cheer coach,” said Columbus High’s Director of Athletics and Activities, Tim Kwapnioski. “Brookelyn has a strong passion for cheerleading and is eager to strengthen the program while continuing the traditions that make Discoverer Cheerleading special. Coach Adams understands that cheerleading is more than stunts and routines; it’s about teamwork, leadership, and school spirit. I know she will build upon the uplifting atmosphere for the cheerleaders and the fans, ensuring that the Discoverers cheerleaders bring energy, pride, and excitement to every game and event.”
Brookelyn is a graduate of Columbus High School, where she was a member of the cheerleading team for four years. While in high school, she assisted with the CMS cheer team and also coached the Sparkles team. Brookelyn is the co-owner of The Broken Mug.
