Erin Settles serves as a preschool teacher at the Kramer Preschool within the Columbus School District. Despite being in her first year of teaching, Erin's impact has been profound. She piloted a new program for 3-year-olds at the newly established Kramer Preschool, demonstrating innovation and dedication to early childhood education.
In her pursuit of engaging all learners to achieve success, Erin researched and implemented best practices, ensuring that her students received hands-on lessons tailored to their developmental needs. In addition to teaching the morning class for 3-year-olds, Erin took on the responsibility of leading an afternoon class for 4-year-olds, showcasing her versatility and commitment to the school community.
